What is the IRQ (Isolation, Recovery and Quarantine) Site?
The COVID-19 IRQ Site is an offsite location for people experiencing homelessness in Larimer County who have symptoms of COVID-19 or have tested positive for COVID-19 to rest and recover away from the general population.
The site is staffed and managed by employees from Homeward Alliance and the Health District of Northern Larimer County from 8am-8pm. Precision Security staffs overnight from 8pm-8am.
How do I refer someone?
If you have identified someone who is experiencing homelessness in Larimer County and meets the criteria above, call 970-817-3516 or email email@example.com to begin the referral process and arrange for transportation between the hours of 8am-8pm. If after 8pm, other arrangements will need to be made until site staff can be contacted the next morning to arrange for transportation and placement.

What can guests expect when they arrive?
Upon arrival to the Recovery Site, guests will be greeted by a staff member who will help them with intake, bed assignment, and supply them with essential items including a change of clothes, toiletries, snacks, and towels. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be picked up by staff from Fort Collins Rescue Mission. Guest health will be monitored by staff throughout the day.
Guests will also have access to:

- Phone & Computer
When and how are guests discharged?
Guests will be discharged from the Isolation/Recovery Site in accordance with CDC guidelines once they are safe to return to their community, OR if they voluntarily choose to leave at any time. A ride will be provided for guests to return to their community when possible. Recovery Site staff will communicate with service providers to arrange for safe return to the community or to notify them if a guest has chosen to leave the site against CDC guidelines and staff recommendation.
